Reliable Moving

I contracted Reliable to self-perform a move from Kirkland, WA to Dallas, TX. I didn't want a brokered move - but wanted the company I contracted with to self-perform the move. I discussed this issue with Reliable at length, and the sales person promised me that they would self-perform the move. There were other items I was particularly concerned about - for which Reliable made me promises:
1) They would self-perform the move (I had less expensive options from brokers but paid reliable more to self perform) - They lied and brokered the move
2) Our move dates were very tight and specific, and I needed to be able to count on the very specific pick-up and delivery dates (which they agreed to) - They lied and the company they brokered the move to was late picking up the move and the pack took longer than indicated, and then left in a 30-day lurch for delivery with only 24-hours notice for delivery.
3) Reliable Agreed to accept an Inventory provided by another well-known nationwide mover who had done an on-site estimate, as the basis for a binding estimate - They lied and the mover they brokered my move to increased the move cost by $2,000 after they loaded.
4) Reliable agreed to move our belongings to Texas immediately for storage until our agreed upon delivery date - They lied, and the movers they sold our move to did not have storage facilities in Texas.
5) Reliable agreed to store our belongings in a climate controlled facility - they lied and the movers they sold our move to could not guarantee that the facility would be climate controlled.
6) Reliable assured me over the phone, and there are numerous places on their website where they indicate that their customer service reps are available 24/7 to assist with any issues their customers may have during their moves - this is a lie; there is only a message box, in which I left numerous messages (sometimes several in the same day), and after of a month of attempts, I never - NOT ONCE - received so much as a single return phone call.
7) The salesperson indicated during our conversations (prior to the sale) that he would be available, and would do whatever he could do to make sure our move went without problems - but my numerous attempts to call and email him requesting help and/or explanation regarding the promises he made me went without return.

The move I paid for was nearly $4000 more than other brokers were quoting, in order to make sure the important issues were handled as necessary. They took the additional money and then sold my move to a bargain mover - and did it in a way that left us no recourse given our compressed time-frame/schedule to exit our home.

If there is a minus star, I would give minus one star.
If you are planning an interstate move, don't use this company. There are too many departments in this company and if you get into a problem, there is no one who is responsible to take care of your problem.
The sales person may ask you to submit another moving company's estimate and will offer you discounted quote to beat their competitor. Then after you give them deposit, two or one day before the scheduled moving date, somebody from the quality depart. calls and coerce you to sign a new estimate quote. The rep. demands that other moving company gave me the estimate that is too low, thus the company won't send out the truck. Basically I got stuck with the bad dude with no choice except paying. After the pick up I called them,left messages to resolve this unfair and unethical business practice, but no answers.
The company claims that they have been doing this business for 25 year, so what? Scamming customers for 25years and nothing has happened to the company?
Stay away from this company, don't even call them for a quote.
